How do I redeem a Just Eat gift card?
Go to our website and add your Just Eat gift card to your account here. Or, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Just Eat account
- Select your name in the top-right corner of the homepage
- Click Redeem a gift card
- Enter your gift card PIN or code
Just to let you know, you can't currently redeem gift cards on our app.
Do Just Eat gift cards expire?
You'll have one year from the date your gift card was purchased to redeem it on your Just Eat account.
What happens if someone doesn’t receive their e-gift card?
The gift card may have landed in the recipient's spam folder on their email account, so ask them to double-check this.
What if I don't have enough credit on my gift card to pay for my whole order?
No problem, you can apply your gift card balance at checkout and pay the remaining order balance using any debit or credit card. Just keep in mind that you won’t be able to pay the remaining balance with cash, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.
Why hasn't my physical gift card arrived yet?
Royal Mail delivers our physical gift cards in the post, so there can sometimes be delays – especially during busier periods, such as Christmas. It’s best to double-check which delivery option you selected (1st Class or 2nd Class).
Why does my gift card say it’s not valid?
Make sure that you’re entering your code or PIN in the right place. It’s also worth checking that you redeemed your gift card on your Just Eat account, rather than trying to apply it to the voucher box on the checkout page.
Why can’t I buy more than 10 gift cards?
You can order up to 10 Just Eat gift cards. For larger gift card orders, please complete our bulk order form here. We'll then get to you as soon as possible.
