How do I report a safety, health or privacy issue?

  • Updated

If you feel that your health, safety or privacy is at risk right now, please call the relevant authority or emergency service as soon as possible. They’ll be able to give you the most professional advice and take action if needed. We’ll assist them with your report and cooperate in any official investigation.

To report a health, safety or privacy incident to us, please select the Chat to us button below (this is only visible to customers who are logged in). Let the person you’re speaking to know that this is a health, safety or privacy incident, so they can best handle the matter. Our Customer Service Team can ask our Compliance Team to look into things straight away, as they have the right knowledge and experience to deal with such issues.

When will I hear back from Just Eat?
