Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, or you’ve changed your mind, please take a look at our return policy and follow the appropriate steps.

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day you place your order to let the business know that you would like to return items. You’ll then have a further 14 days to return the items to the business. Some businesses may offer a longer return timeframe, so it’s worth checking their policy directly.

Please note that any service or delivery fees on your order are not refundable.

To be accepted for return, items must be:

  • Returned within the stated return timeframe.
  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • In a resellable condition, with all accessories, manuals, and labels included.
  • Any electronic items must not contain any personal data or have been registered to a user.

How to return items

  1. Take items to the store you purchased them from.
  2. Bring proof of purchase, including your Just Eat order confirmation or store receipt.

The business may inspect the items you want to return and, if return conditions are met, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This will usually take a few working days.

All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety or customisation unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described in your order. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Restaurant orders
  • Perishable items such as food, drinks, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Beauty and personal care products (unless unopened with original seals intact)
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Pierced jewellery, hair accessories and face coverings
  • Items made to your own specifications or personalised for you
  • Opened gift cards, media or computer software

For faulty items, defects, or extended warranty questions, please contact the business directly.
