Guidelines for leaving a review

  • Updated

Once you've received your order, you'll be able to leave a review via our website or app.

A review is any rating or comment you submit about a business and/or its products.

Leaving a review helps other people find great places to order from. It also allows you to tell the business you ordered from what they did well, and how they can improve.

Please consider these guidelines when leaving a review

  •  Your review must be accurate and genuine.
    • It is important that your review reflects your own, genuine experience. We ask that all reviews are informative, helpful and respectful. You shouldn't leave a review on behalf of someone else.
    • Businesses (including their employees) on Just Eat are never allowed to leave reviews for themselves
  • No incentivised reviews.
    • We’ll never ask you to leave a review in return for a payment or a benefit. You should not leave a review if you have received or been offered a payment or a benefit from a business (like a discount or free item) in return for the review.
  • See our policies within our Website Terms.
    • Please visit our Just Eat Website Terms and Conditions for our detailed policies on visitor material and reviews.
    • We have systems in place to detect and prevent reviews that do not follow our guidelines and may remove any such review, as explained in our Website Terms.
    • For more info on submitting a review, take a look at "How to leave a review”.
