What is the £0 delivery fees Just Eat+ benefit?
£0 delivery fees with Just Eat+ is a membership program that offers free delivery on orders over £15 (excluding fees) from participating partners for the duration of your plan.
How do I cancel Just Eat+?
Your membership can be cancelled in the first 2 weeks (14 days after purchase) by clicking Request Cancellation on your My Just Eat+ page. Your membership use during the first 14 days determines your refund amount.
Is the £0 delivery fee benefit applicable at all restaurants and stores?
Free delivery applies to orders over the £15 minimum spend (excluding any fees and tips) at participating restaurants and stores. It’s valid for orders placed using an online payment method. Just Eat+ is available from most restaurants and stores on the Just Eat platform.
As part of Just Eat+’s fair use policy, some restaurants and stores may incur additional delivery fees and face restrictions. If applicable, additional fees are displayed before you place your order on the platform.
Why didn’t my Just Eat+ discount apply to my order?
£0 delivery fees apply to eligible orders for the duration of your membership from the day of purchase. It applies to orders over the £15 minimum spend (excluding fees and tips), made using any online payment method, and is available from most restaurants and stores. Make sure you’ve logged into your account.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
There are no additional charges. However, other fees, such as service, bag, and payment fees, apply, as do tips. Don’t worry - a breakdown of these fees is displayed in your basket before you check out.
What benefits can I receive?
You receive free delivery and members-only deals from participating businesses (subject to availability and geographical restrictions apply). Order as many times as you like. We cover the delivery fee for eligible orders above £15 (excluding other applicable fees), subject to our fair use policy. You also receive members-only deals from selected businesses.
What happens to my Just Eat+ benefit after the expiration?
You can renew within 30 days after your Just Eat+ membership expires.
Why did I not receive a £0 delivery fee on my order?
Orders are subject to a minimum order value of £15 (excluding other applicable fees) and are available only via online payment methods (i.e., cash orders aren’t accepted). This benefit is valid for participating businesses only. If your order meets the minimum order value but the £0 delivery fee benefit isn’t applied, please contact our Customer Service.

What if I forget to use free delivery when placing an order?
Once you’ve activated Just Eat+, free delivery is automatically applied to all eligible orders during your membership. No need to remember to apply it!
For your order to qualify for the £0 delivery fee benefit, it must:
- Be placed with a participating business;
- Have an order value above £15 (excluding service and payment fees);
- Be paid for using an online payment method (cash payments aren’t eligible). Other fees still apply.
What if my order is above £15 and I pay with cash or Just Eat Pay? Can I still get free delivery?
No, free delivery with Just Eat+ isn’t available for cash payments or Just Eat Pay.
What if I move to a different city/country? Will my free delivery still apply?
Your free delivery with Just Eat+ is valid when ordering with Just Eat in the UK. If you move to or order from a different country, local delivery fees apply.
Can I transfer or share my free delivery with someone else?
No, the offer is valid only on your account and isn’t transferable.
How do I check how many days I have left?
You can find the expiry date on your Just Eat+ page (My Just Eat+) in the app and at checkout.
