How do I keep my Just Eat account secure?

  • Updated

We’re all aware of the growing sophistication of online scams, which is why Just Eat takes your account security very seriously. You can minimise any risk to yourself by being extra careful whenever you’re online. As an added precaution, it’s a good idea to regularly change your password on your Just Eat account.

Will Just Eat ever send emails asking for my details?

We'll never email you asking for your payment, bank, or password details.

If you receive an unexpected email saying it's from Just Eat, and you’re asked to respond with any details  – be it financial or personal – it will be fraudulent. In fact, we'd be very grateful if you'd forward it to us at phishing@just-eat.com and our Security Team can look into it.

How do I know my details are safe online?

Your security is our priority, which is why we have people working around the clock to keep our systems and your account details safe.

If you ever receive a suspicious-looking email saying it's from Just Eat, please let us know by emailing phishing@just-eat.com.
