My order was late, what should I do?

We're sorry your order didn’t arrive on time. We work closely with our Partners to help them hit delivery times, but on rare occasions, orders may run a little later than expected. 

Your feedback really helps our Partners to improve, which is why it would be great if you could leave a review with details of your experience. All you need to do is:

  1. Log in to your Just Eat account
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Leave your review

If you checked out as a guest, just make sure you’re using the same device and browser that you placed your order on.

Aside from helping our partners improve their delivery services, your review will also help other Just Eat customers decide where they’re going to order from.
