We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received, that's not the experience we want for you. 

It will really help the restaurant or store improve if you leave them a review by logging in to your Just Eat account. In your review, you can rate and describe your experience. To do this, go to Your orders, select the relevant order and send us your review.

We discuss all reviews with our Partners to help them improve. Your review will also benefit other Just Eat customers when choosing where to order from. 

If you placed your order on a guest account, make sure you’re using the same device and browser that you ordered from. Otherwise, you won’t be able to log back in to leave a review.
