Once you’ve paid for your order, you can head to the order details page on our app or website to keep an eye on its progress. If you placed your order on a guest account, make sure you stay logged in and use the same device and browser.
Your order details will be sent to the restaurant or store and the status of your order will update as soon as they accept it - you can follow this on the order confirmation screen that’s shown when you place your order. This may take some time if you pre-order before a restaurant or store opens. When you place an order with us, you should also receive an order confirmation email.
Where can I find the order updates?
It depends on what device you placed your order on, and whether you ordered on our app or website.
On iPhone:
If you’re using our app on an iPhone, select 'Orders' at the bottom of the screen and choose the relevant order.
On Android:
On an Android phone, press the drop-down menu symbol and then go to 'Your orders'.
On our website:
If you ordered on our website, make sure you’re logged in and select your name in the top-right corner (or the drop-down menu symbol if you’re using a phone). Then hit 'Your orders' and select the order you’d like to track.
