How can I change my order?

Once a place accepts your order, we can’t always guarantee that it can be changed. This is because the restaurant or store you ordered from may have started to prepare your order and/or already assigned a courier to deliver it.

If you order from a restaurant, and their phone number is available, you can always try calling them to amend your order. You also have the option to cancel your order and order again, but please keep in mind that you could be charged an amount up to the full order value when cancelling. 

To cancel your order, head to the order details screen, where you'll see the cancellation option.
