My order was delivered too early. What can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that your order arrived before the estimated delivery time. You can get in touch with us by clicking on the 'Contact us' button below, and we’ll look into this for you. Please have your order number handy (you should find this in your order confirmation email). 

Make sure you’re logged into your account, otherwise you won’t see our email button below. Also, if you checked out as a guest, you’ll need to use the same device and/or browser that you used to place your order. 

If you’ve lost your guest order details, or logged out on the device or browser you were using, you’ll need to create an account in order to contact us.
