How do I manage my account?

If you log in to your Just Eat account through our website, you can edit and update your personal information. Once you’ve logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen, go to 'Your account' and you should see the options to:

  • Make changes to your delivery address
  • Update your contact preferences
  • Change or remove your saved debit or credit cards
  • Change your password

If you need to change the email address registered on your account, you’ll need to let us know by selecting the 'email us' button below (this button is only visible to customers who have logged in).

 

How do I delete an account on the Just Eat platform?

We’re sorry you’re thinking about leaving us. To delete your account on the Just Eat website, you’ll need to:

  1. Log in to your Just Eat account 
  2. Hover over your username in the top, right-hand corner of the page
  3. Select ‘Your account’
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Delete my account’

If you’re using our app, select the ‘settings’ icon. You should then see the option to delete your account towards the bottom of the list.
