If you log in to your Just Eat account through our website, you can edit and update your personal information. Once you’ve logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen, go to 'Your account' and you should see the options to:
- Make changes to your delivery address
- Update your contact preferences
- Change or remove your saved debit or credit cards
- Change your password
If you need to change the email address registered on your account, you’ll need to let us know by selecting the 'email us' button below (this button is only visible to customers who have logged in).
How do I cancel Just Eat+ Premium?
You can cancel your 90 days of free delivery and the Just Eat+ Premium benefit through the Just Eat app and website. On the Just Eat app, go to Account (see the navigation bar), then tap Just Eat+ Premium. On the Just Eat website, go to the burger menu (☰) at the top right corner of the page and click Just Eat+ Premium. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and are issued to customers who have:
- Requested cancellation within 14 days of purchasing the Just Eat+ Premium benefit
- Used Just Eat+ Premium no more than 4 times
Customers who have requested and received a Just Eat+ Premium refund are not eligible for further refunds.
If you need further assistance managing your Just Eat+ Premium benefit, please contact JET Customer Service. Please note: Customer service members cannot cancel the Just Eat+ Premium benefit on your behalf.
How do I delete an account on the Just Eat platform?
We’re sorry you’re thinking about leaving us. To delete your account on the Just Eat website, you’ll need to:
- Log in to your Just Eat account
- Hover over your username in the top, right-hand corner of the page
- Select ‘Your account’
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Delete my account’
If you’re using our app, select the ‘settings’ icon. You should then see the option to delete your account towards the bottom of the list.
