How do I order with Just Eat?

  • Updated

You can order with us on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Once you’re logged in on our app or website, just enter your postcode, pick a place to order from (try sorting by cuisine if you know what you’re after) and pick whatever your heart (or stomach) desires. It’s as easy as that.

Can I collect an order from the restaurant or store?

Many of our Partners offer collection, and if so, this will show on their Just Eat menu or item list.

Where collection is offered, you’ll need to check the restaurant or store address when placing the order and arrive there at the given time.

When you receive your order, we ask that you double-check it to make sure everything is ok. If there’s something wrong with your order – like a missing, spoiled or incorrect item – please let the staff know so that they can resolve this for you there and then.

Can I add special requests to my order?

Fancy some extra onions on your burger? Prefer green bananas? When you pay, just leave a note for the restaurant or store with any special requests.

If you have any specific dietary-related questions, it’s best to call the restaurant directly.

How does checking out and payment work?

You can check out as a guest or create a Just Eat account. Keep an eye out for money-saving discounts and offers, which you can apply to your order at checkout.

You can pay for your order by:

  • Debit or credit card
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay (supported devices only)
  • PayPal (supported devices only)
  • Cash at select restaurants (except when checking out as a guest)

Once you’ve placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details. All you need to do then is sit back and relax while the restaurant or store prepares your order.
