The staff were impolite at the place I ordered from. How can I address this?

We’re sorry you didn’t experience the best service from the place you ordered from. To help them improve, it would be great if you could leave them a review with details of your experience. To do this, all you need to do is log in to your Just Eat account, go to your order history, select the relevant order and leave a review.

If you checked out as a guest, make sure you’re using the same device and browser that you placed your order on.

We discuss all the reviews (good and bad) with our Partners to help them improve their service. Your review will also influence other Just Eat customers when they’re deciding where to order from. We know this won't fix a poor experience, but it should really help improve things in the future.
