We try to refund customers with account credit, which helps us to process refunds as quickly as possible. The account credit will be added to your Just Eat account within a few days. Once it’s added to your account, you can use this on your next order.
If we’re processing a card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay refund for you, your money will take between 5-7 working days to go back to your account, depending on your provider’s policy. For instant banking, if a refund is processed for you, you will receive this back instantly. Just Eat cannot influence this timeframe, so you should contact your bank if there are any issues with your refund.
