It depends on what you've got. If it's a discount voucher (10% off your order, for example), start placing your order as usual. When you get to the payment screen, select I have a discount voucher, enter the code and press apply.
To use your gift card (lucky you), you’ll need to redeem it before you can apply it to your order at checkout.
If it's account credit:
1. Head to our website
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to your profile and select Redeem a voucher
4. Enter the code and hit OK

We want to make sure you get the most out of your gift card or account credit, so here are some top tips:
- You can use your account credit whenever you like as it doesn't expire
- But keep in mind that your credit won't be saved if you log out or switch devices on a guest account
- If your account credit doesn't cover the full amount of your order, no worries. You can always use another payment method (except cash and vouchers) to make up the difference
- Any leftover credit will stay in your account, ready for your next order
- You can check your credit balance by logging in to your account through our website
