When placing an order, you'll have the option to get a refund or substitution if an item in your basket is out of stock.
When you view your basket on our app or website, you will be able to choose to get a refund or substitution for all items, or you can choose your preference of a refund or substitution on each individual item.
Our Partners will substitute out of stock items with a like-for-like item. If you feel your substituted item is not an acceptable replacement, we can help. Please view the order on your account, select 'I'm unhappy with my order' -> 'Inappropriate substitution' -> select the affected item/s and our Customer Service team will be able to help.
In case of dietary or allergen concerns, we would advise opting out of an item substitute.
