Who can initiate a group order?
Any user with an account on our app can initiate a group order. Simply start a new order and invite people to join.
How do I invite others to join my group order?
After initiating a group order, you can invite others by sharing a unique link. You can send this link via messaging apps, email, or any other preferred communication method.
Can I see what others have ordered in the group order?
Yes, the group initiator can see what others have ordered, but group members cannot see what others have ordered.
How do payments work for group orders?
The initiator of the group order will pay the total sum for the whole order, charged at checkout.
What happens if someone leaves the group order before it's completed?
If someone leaves the group before it’s completed, their order will not be included.
Can I make changes to my order after joining a group order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as the items are not submitted. This includes adding or removing items, changing quantities, or modifying preferences.
Is there a deadline for joining or modifying a group order?
No, you can join a group order and modify your selections as long as the order hasn't been submitted and paid for at the checkout.
Can I track the status of a group order?
Yes, the group initiator can track the status of a group order through the app and website. This includes monitoring when orders are placed, when they're being prepared,
