Is the tip separate from other delivery charges?
A courier tip is separate from service and delivery charges, and it’s not included in the minimum order amount.
What payment methods can I use for tipping?
You can only use card payment methods, such as a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, to cover the tip amount. Credits, vouchers and cash can’t be used for tipping.
How long do I have to tip after placing my order?
At the moment, it’s not possible to add a tip after you have placed your order. You can add your tip when you check out.
Where does my tip go?
Tips are a great way to thank your courier, so 100% of your tip goes directly to the courier who delivered your order.
Is tipping optional?
It’s always up to you if you want to give a tip to your courier, but it's really appreciated when you do! Even a small amount can go a long way to brighten your courier's day.
If my order is cancelled, will the refund include my tip?
Yes, if your whole order is cancelled and refunded, you'll also get back the tip amount.
How much should I tip?
The amount you tip is completely up to you. You can choose from three suggested amounts or enter your own tip when you check out.
