Once you’ve placed your order with us, and it’s been accepted by the restaurant or store, you won’t be able to change the delivery address on your order. This is because a courier may have already been assigned.
If you ordered a takeaway from a restaurant, you can always try calling the restaurant if their phone number is available. You also have the option to cancel your order and order again with the correct delivery address – but please bear in mind that you could be charged an amount up to the full order value when cancelling.
To cancel, simply scroll to the bottom of the order details page and select 'Can we help with anything?' In the drop-down menu, you’ll see the option to cancel your order. We don’t want you to miss out, so before placing an order in the future, please double-check your delivery address.
