How do I change my password?

You can change your account password at any time. If you’re on our website:

  1. Go to the login screen (make sure you’re logged out first) 
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address registered on your account
  4. Select Reset your password. 

We’ll then email you a link to a page where you can set a new password for your account. 

You can also change your password by logging into just-eat.co.uk and heading to the Change your password page. Or, if you’re already logged in, you can:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Select Your account
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Change password

How do I change my password on the Just Eat app?

Make sure you’re logged out and select Forgotten your password? on the login screen. Then enter your email address before tapping Send. You’ll then be able to reset your password through the link that we email to you.
